Our Story
In the summer of 2012, 903HR was formed in the garage of Brian and Ayla Whitfield's home in East Texas. Over the years, the company expanded its services from just basic bookkeeping to processing payroll both weekly and bi-weekly for an array of business types across the State of Texas. Brian, the operator of 903HR, worked in the QSR industry for a nationally recognized brand as the Regional Vice-President of Operations and Chief People Officer until in 2018, Brian entered healthcare as the Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer for one of the largest behavior health systems in the country.

In 2022, Brian became the President and CEO of a Critical Access Hospital, leading over 250 full-time employees and overseeing annual gross receipts of over $50 million. Today, headquartered in Bowie County, Texas, 903HR is a fully functioning, well oiled machine for businesses of all sizes and daily adds services and product lines to assist small to medium businesses across the U.S.A.
